Telecollections Executive - Relocation to Jaipur

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Telecollections Executives to join our Collections team in Jaipur. This role requires making outbound calls to clients, ensuring timely collection of dues, addressing payment-related queries, and assisting customers with repayment solutions, all while fostering a positive customer experience. Key activities include call follow-ups, negotiation of payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
• Follow up persistently and negotiate payment plans.
• Inform customers about repayment options and resolve basic queries.
• Meet daily and monthly collection goals maintaining quality standards.
• Record customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM.
• Escalate complex issues as per company procedures.
• Adhere strictly to company protocols and regulatory norms.

Eligibility and Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecollections, Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Telesales.
• Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO domains preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Hindi; basic English proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Currently residing in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad) and willing to relocate to Jaipur immediately.
• Immediate joiners favored.
