Role overview
As a Service Product Manager, you will guide the direction of a strategic Professional Services portfolio and help expand its commercial impact. The position sits in an international setting where you will work across markets to improve revenue, strengthen profitability, and support customer success through better service offerings.

Role responsibilities
The role focuses on growing, improving, and enabling the sales of the Infrastructure Services portfolio. You will help ensure the service mix matches customer needs across all markets while supporting the wider business strategy.
You will work with your team and colleagues in Offering & Procurement, Sales, Delivery, and process ownership functions to build a profitable and customer-focused portfolio that can scale effectively.
Key activities
- Take ownership of the Professional Services portfolio, including its roadmap, pricing approach, profitability, and lifecycle decisions.
- Identify market opportunities and help launch new services through strategic vendor partnerships.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Process Owners to make sure services are scalable, commercially sound, and valuable for customers across all markets.
What the employer is looking for
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, curious, and motivated, with the ability to turn market and customer requirements into profitable Infrastructure Services offerings.
- A bachelor’s degree level of education and thinking.
- Previous experience managing and developing service portfolios, including roadmap ownership, pricing, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of the IT infrastructure environment, including Cloud, Datacenter, Network, Modern Workplace, and Security solutions.
- Good command of English.
- Availability to work 37 hours per week.
