Job Overview
L&T Valves is seeking skilled Service Engineers to manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-sales servicing of industrial valve products at various customer locations.
Primary Duties
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for industrial valves.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints with appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and thorough site inspections.
- Liaise efficiently with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in customer site shutdowns and turnaround operations.
- Generate accurate service reports, maintain documentation, and update MIS records.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
- Contribute to Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), warranty services, and spare parts operations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in servicing or maintaining industrial valves.
- Background in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, or Process sectors is advantageous.
- Demonstrate robust troubleshooting abilities and proficient customer service skills.
