Service Engineer

Job Overview

L&T Valves is seeking skilled Service Engineers to manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-sales servicing of industrial valve products at various customer locations.

Primary Duties

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for industrial valves.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints with appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and thorough site inspections.
• Liaise efficiently with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in customer site shutdowns and turnaround operations.
• Generate accurate service reports, maintain documentation, and update MIS records.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), warranty services, and spare parts operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in servicing or maintaining industrial valves.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, or Process sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrate robust troubleshooting abilities and proficient customer service skills.
