Primary Role
The Senior Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving store sales, improving productivity, and delivering exceptional service through expert application of Coach's selling and service methodologies. This role requires meeting individual sales targets, surpassing customer service expectations, and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Candidate Requirements
- Preferred prior management experience in luxury retail customer service; education and experience combinations will also be considered
- Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Competency with point of sale systems, basic computing (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie communication, and interpreting price/release documentation
- Strong oral and written communication skills for customers and teams, plus ability to navigate sales floor and perform moderate physical tasks such as stockroom lifting and climbing
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and public holidays
- Keen interest in live stream shopping, product demonstrations, and social selling video content creation
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trend awareness
- Engage customers actively in brand marketing and loyalty programs through client data acquisition
- Ability to perform in dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Proficient English language skills for EU markets

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is €29,640 to €32,000 annually, aligned with EU transparency regulations. Part-time salaries will be adjusted in proportion to contracted hours, with actual pay reflecting objective, job-related factors.
