Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Google Ads Specialist to become a part of our remote team at a forward-thinking digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in planning and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate measurable growth, working independently while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enhance Google Ads campaigns effectively.
- Oversee monthly advertising budgets starting from USD 20,000 and above.
- Improve campaign metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates through strategic optimization.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, targeted audience analysis, and competitive market evaluations.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Create detailed performance reports including actionable insights to inform campaign strategies and improvements.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three years' direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise managing advertising budgets of no less than USD 20,000 per month.
- Deep familiarity with various campaign types including Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Experienced user of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical abilities paired with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of Google Ads certifications is preferred but not required.
