Senior Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive to oversee and resolve various procurement-related operational challenges, particularly focusing on invoice exceptions, purchase order mismatches, and supplier onboarding concerns. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders as well as issues encountered during supplier onboarding.
• Manage data exchanges using Ariba CIG and other middleware tools.
• Provide support to end users regarding catalog management, requisition processing, and approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers through SAP Business Network to address invoice-related problems.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression tests, and system upgrades to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system for tracking and managing support issues.

Required Expertise

• Proficient with Ariba procurement tools with extensive handling experience.
• Familiarity with procurement and invoice processing workflows is preferred.
• Competent communication abilities to effectively interact with internal teams and external suppliers.
