Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive to oversee and resolve various procurement-related operational challenges, particularly focusing on invoice exceptions, purchase order mismatches, and supplier onboarding concerns. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders as well as issues encountered during supplier onboarding.
Manage data exchanges using Ariba CIG and other middleware tools.
Provide support to end users regarding catalog management, requisition processing, and approval workflows.
Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources.
Coordinate with suppliers through SAP Business Network to address invoice-related problems.
Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression tests, and system upgrades to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system for tracking and managing support issues.

Required Expertise

Proficient with Ariba procurement tools with extensive handling experience.
Familiarity with procurement and invoice processing workflows is preferred.
Competent communication abilities to effectively interact with internal teams and external suppliers.
