Overview and Impact

The Retail Associate plays a vital role in achieving or surpassing store sales and profitability goals by passionately driving consumer loyalty, effectively assisting customers, and carrying out store operations diligently.

Primary Duties

• Understand store sales, KPI targets, and personal performance goals, taking full responsibility to utilize all resources to meet or beat them.
• Deliver brand-standard customer service to exceed customer expectations consistently.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's attitude and core values at all times.
• Apply current seasonal product and brand knowledge during sales engagements.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to fulfill customer needs and deepen their connection with the brand.
• Comply promptly with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards continuously.
• Efficiently handle merchandise deliveries and replenish stock regularly to ensure the complete product range is visible on the sales floor.
• Perform swift and accurate cash register operations.
• Minimize losses both in stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Conduct all store activities safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Foster respectful and productive collaboration with colleagues.
• Complete all assigned training programs and apply acquired knowledge effectively in daily tasks.
• Actively seek coaching and learning opportunities to enhance your performance.

Key Relationships and Authorities

• Work closely with customers, peers, and supervisors.
• This role holds no direct authority over others.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school education is mandatory.
• Preferably at least six months’ experience working in a customer-focused retail environment specializing in sports or fashion.
• Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication are required.
