Position Overview

The Restaurant Team Member role involves preparing food and beverages aligned with operational standards, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to brand standards, recipes, and operational procedures
• Comply with food safety regulations consistently
• Prepare and assemble menu items including beverages and food
• Package orders correctly and efficiently
• Acquire thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu, including temporary promotions, to assist guests with inquiries
• Maintain a tidy and organized workstation throughout shifts
• Clean equipment, service zones, and guest areas regularly
• Replenish workstation supplies like cups and lids as needed
• Process orders and payments at drive-thru or front counter when applicable
• Deliver accurate orders swiftly to meet speed-of-service standards
• Engage with guests to provide friendly and efficient service
• Promote a guest-centric atmosphere within the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and fellow team members
• Keep stockroom and refrigerated sections neat and organized

Education and Experience Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
