About the Role

Join Burges Salmon LLP in Bristol as a Project Manager within our Transformation & Projects team, where you will spearhead significant digital, innovation, and AI-driven initiatives that align with and advance the firm's technology strategy. This role provides an exciting opportunity to influence the future landscape of legal services through cutting-edge technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of technology-aligned projects, ensuring punctual, scope-accurate, and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, risk assessments, budget oversight, and coordination of dependencies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote efficient delivery practices within dynamic teams.
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels with transparent and effective project communication.
• Collaborate closely with internal business teams, IT departments, and external suppliers to secure successful project outcomes.
• Drive ongoing improvements to embed best-practice project delivery methods across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced project manager adept at delivering complex technology-driven change initiatives with enthusiasm for digital innovation and AI integration.
• Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing tasks, sprints, and generating project reports.
• Proven capability to establish trust and influence stakeholders positively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A proactive approach and a passion for continuous innovation and solution-focused project management.
• Professional services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
