About the Role
The Leeds Clinic, with locations in Roundhay and Moortown, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Personal Assistant and Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This position requires excellent organisational skills and a solid administrative background to efficiently manage busy schedules and support smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and appointments across both clinic locations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinic's management and staff.
- Coordinate meetings and organize various schedules effectively.
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, enhancing their clinic experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinic systems.
- Support daily operations to ensure the efficient running of the private luxury clinics.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organised individual with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in administrative roles including diary and appointment management.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Friendly, confident, and committed to exceptional customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with digital management systems.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Medical Secretary, Practice Administrator, or Senior Administrator is highly advantageous.
Additional Information
This position requires flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends, and the ability to travel between the Roundhay and Moortown clinic sites.
