Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service while managing merchandise flow from receiving to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, labelling stock, and assisting with merchandise processing in a safe and clean setting. The Overnight Associate works collaboratively within a team to organize tasks according to operational needs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor prior to store opening
• Setting up, merchandising, and signing promotional displays
• Handling live unloading of various merchandise types
• Assigning greater focus on labelling products and organizing items in backroom bins compared to day or evening roles
• Transporting pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Supporting sales floor stocking as needed and assisting customers when necessary
• Labelling the sales floor ahead of store opening
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $15.50.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
