• Choose fresh, top-quality goods, remove damaged or unsuitable items, and complete all related documentation and labeling correctly.
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space utilization while preserving product safety and quality.
• Balance order fulfillment tasks with positive customer interactions, provide assistance, and help resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following food hygiene and safety protocols, promptly address spills, ensure tote cleanliness, operate equipment safely, and conduct safety checks.
• Demonstrate flexibility with work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, contributing ideas to improve processes and customer service.
