Oracle Project Manager

About the Role

NextEra is seeking experienced professionals to join as Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Leads responsible for comprehensive delivery of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions. This role involves implementation, upgrades, and Application Management Services (AMS) support with a strong focus on project financial oversight, governance, and coordinating stakeholders within enterprise projects.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud solutions.
• Create critical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Key Configuration Decisions (KCD), and Configuration Workbooks.
• Oversee data migration tasks and provide technical assistance.
• Develop and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and processes.
• Prepare and deliver training materials to stakeholders and end users.

Functional Expertise

Required skills and knowledge include:

• Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud applications
• Project Costing and Billing
• Managing Project Contracts and Resource Management
• Financial management and performance reporting of projects

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Oracle Project Accounting and PPM domains.
• A minimum of two Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementation projects.
• Experience leading at least two full Oracle Fusion lifecycle implementations as a Lead Consultant.
• Strong abilities in customer engagement and facilitating workshops.
• Experience coordinating teams across onsite and offshore locations.

Preferred Background

• Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Drilling, and Asset Management sectors.
• Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia.
