About the Role
The Office Manager will oversee the smooth daily functioning of the office by handling administrative responsibilities, coordinating facility-related matters, supervising support teams, and ensuring seamless office operations while delivering support to executives and departments.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily administrative and operational office functions.
- Lead and manage reception, administrative, and office support personnel.
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management tasks.
- Control management of office inventory, supplies, and vendor interactions.
- Arrange meetings, travel plans, and company events.
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
- Monitor and approve routine office expenses within budgetary limits.
- Maintain office policies, procedural documentation, and records.
- Facilitate employee onboarding logistics and control office access.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
- At least five years of proven experience in office management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experienced in managing vendors and office facilities.
