Role overview
The HR Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Human Resources team. This position focuses on maintaining accurate employee information, supporting hiring and joining processes, tracking attendance and leave, preparing HR-related paperwork, and helping the organization stay aligned with internal policies and labor requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Keep employee files and HR records organized, current, and accurate.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and exit processes from an administrative standpoint.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and HR data within the system.
- Share correct employee details to assist with payroll processing.
- Draft employment letters, contracts, and other HR documents as needed.
- Handle routine employee questions related to HR matters.
- Help ensure company practices remain compliant with organizational rules and labor regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and HR software/systems.
- Good communication, strong coordination, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
