Role Overview

Join Mitie's team as a Night Shift Cleaning Operative at the NATS facility in Southampton. This full-time, permanent position requires working from Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 to 05:45, covering 42 hours weekly. The role is pivotal in upholding cleanliness, safety, and compliance across an essential operational environment and supporting outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Merlin system on a mobile device to log cleaning tasks, perform inspections, and record activity.
• Execute cleaning duties strictly adhering to scheduled requirements and site-specific standards.
• Maintain safe and proper management of cleaning equipment and chemicals at all times.
• Comply with all Health & Safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues while providing excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic English comprehension and communication skills.
• Experience operating a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
• Previous cleaning experience within commercial building environments.
• Dependable, diligent, and professional work ethic.
• Self-driven, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
• Adaptable and willing to participate in all necessary training sessions.
