Job Role
As a Night Auditor at Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport, you become part of a dynamic team combining the lively airport atmosphere with a modern workplace. You’ll help maintain the high-quality service, team spirit, and internationality that define this establishment. The position is full-time and contract-based, located in Stuttgart, with immediate hiring possible.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist national and international guests during night shifts
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, guest requests, and complaints
- Ensure smooth operation of the reception during night hours
- Complete the daily financial closure (Night Audit) and verify cash registers
- Prepare reports and statistical summaries
- Maintain safety and order within the hotel overnight
- Coordinate with other departments to provide excellent guest service
Qualifications and Skills
- Completed hospitality training or relevant experience at a hotel reception
- Preferably experience working as a Night Auditor or in night shifts
- Friendly, confident, and service-focused demeanor
- Independent, responsible, and organized work habits
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Familiarity with hotel management software and common MS Office applications
- Willingness to regularly work nights, weekends, and public holidays
