Role and Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving guests as the first point of contact at the reception.
• Ensuring a seamless process from check-in through check-out.
• Coordinating communication with various departments to provide optimal guest service.
• Managing cash handling and ensuring accurate billing at the front desk.
• Attending to individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and a service-oriented approach.
• Processing reservations for individual and group bookings.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training in hospitality or equivalent first experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest services.
• Strong service orientation and the ability to make guests feel genuinely welcome.
• Good command of both German and English, spoken and written, to communicate with international guests daily.
• Organizational skills and capacity to handle several tasks concurrently, including during busy situations.
