About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to establish and expand our marketing operations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, encompassing brand management, demand generation, content creation, digital marketing, and performance marketing oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DemandFactor's overarching marketing strategy.
• Spearhead demand generation, ABM, and digital performance initiatives.
• Cultivate a robust brand presence and a high-impact content marketing engine.
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to achieve full-funnel objectives.
• Oversee marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, attribution models, and budget allocation.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline growth and achieving a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Experience in establishing and scaling marketing departments from inception.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and execution skills.
