About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to establish and expand our marketing operations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, encompassing brand management, demand generation, content creation, digital marketing, and performance marketing oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement DemandFactor's overarching marketing strategy.
Spearhead demand generation, ABM, and digital performance initiatives.
Cultivate a robust brand presence and a high-impact content marketing engine.
Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to achieve full-funnel objectives.
Oversee marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, attribution models, and budget allocation.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline growth and achieving a strong return on investment (ROI).
Experience in establishing and scaling marketing departments from inception.
Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
Outstanding communication and execution skills.
