Overview
McDonald's Georgia is seeking a Junior Cost Controller to join their team in Tbilisi. This full-time role involves monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the company’s daily operational and financial metrics, particularly relating to Food Cost, Waste, Delivery, Supply Chain, Salad Factory, and Distribution Center financials. The position also supports budgeting, ERP system upgrades, and business process optimization aimed at enhancing financial efficiency.
Working Conditions
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays have a shortened workday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Weekly and monthly monitoring and analysis of product cost (COGS/Food Cost), waste, and delivery operational and financial indicators
- Identification of discrepancies, trends, and risks, producing reports and recommendations for improvement
- Ensuring accuracy of data, recipe mappings, and financial information in the ERP system; identifying issues and supporting resulting actions
- Collaborating with restaurant consultants, branch managers, and other departments to address issues and improve operational efficiency
- Supporting budgeting, financial analysis, and KPI monitoring for Salad Factory, Supply Chain, and Distribution Center
- Participating in financial analyses related to purchase pricing, CAPEX projects, and supplier contracts
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving ERP system functionality and financial processes to enhance reporting and data analysis efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in restaurant, food service, retail, or logistics sectors
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets, including ERP-derived information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Proficiency in English language
