Part-time or full-time roles available
Evening shifts
Compensation set at $15 per hour
Weekly payment schedule

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment safely to avoid damage to surfaces and objects
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
Dispose of trash properly and operate compactor for designated materials
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using correct products and tools
Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extraction and shampooing
Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed
Adhere to the cleaning timetable
Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
Perform additional assigned duties based on work scope or customer requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months experience in janitorial work
On-the-job training will be provided
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
Knowledge of custodial methods and commercial cleaning standards
Skills in floor care such as buffing and waxing
Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
