Job Details

• Part-time or full-time roles available
• Evening shifts
• Compensation set at $15 per hour
• Weekly payment schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment safely to avoid damage to surfaces and objects
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Dispose of trash properly and operate compactor for designated materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using correct products and tools
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to the cleaning timetable
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform additional assigned duties based on work scope or customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months experience in janitorial work
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Knowledge of custodial methods and commercial cleaning standards
• Skills in floor care such as buffing and waxing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
