Role Overview

The Hotel Manager position involves leading daily operations and overseeing hotel performance to ensure outstanding guest experiences, financial success, and team engagement. This role requires strategic vision paired with hands-on leadership, working closely with the General Manager and department heads to achieve commercial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all departments daily to maintain operational excellence and operational efficiency.
• Ensure superior guest service and consistently uphold Avani's brand standards.
• Optimize hotel asset management and facilities care.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction and performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecast revenues, and control expenses across hotel functions.
• Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities in Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and other services.
• Analyze data and collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize results.
• Promote a guest-focused culture that enhances satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
• Lead and develop department leaders and their teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support risk management, internal control, and audit requirements effectively.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in hospitality management with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within hotels, resorts, or integrated hospitality settings.
• Extensive experience managing multi-department operations with a strong grasp of financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Proven success improving operational performance and guest experience while leading large, diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees such as MBA or Master's.
• Experience in branded international hotel environments, resort, leisure or gaming operations.
• Exposure to regional or multi-property leadership roles.
