Role Overview

This full-time, two-year graduate programme offers extensive hands-on experience within key customer-facing Operations teams. Participants will directly contribute to impactful initiatives enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency while developing skills in AI, digital transformation, and process optimization under expert mentorship. This position is ideal for an ambitious STEM graduate seeking to build a career towards Operational Leadership in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational automation projects to enhance customer experiences and optimize business processes.
  • Gain accelerated exposure and increased responsibility across diverse operational functions through rotations and impactful assignments.
