Role Overview
The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer experiences and achieve targeted financial results by implementing Edenred Pay solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Master all Edenred Pay accounts payable methods across partnerships.
- Manage comprehensive customer services including product delivery, supplier enablement/support, and ongoing account management.
- Respond accurately to detailed customer inquiries, involving diagnostic troubleshooting or cross-departmental collaboration.
- Instruct customers on best practices for accounts payable processes.
- Lead customer meetings and training sessions confidently via conference calls.
- Oversee vendor enablement initiatives and maintain databases proactively.
- Provide timely reports to clients and seek new opportunities to improve partnerships.
- Contribute ideas and support team efforts to enhance products, processes, and programs, ensuring customer success.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and communicate progress effectively.
- Take ownership of special projects and assignments as required.
- Maintain a positive and energetic approach to promote excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, finance, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years of prior customer service experience required.
- Strong communication abilities and adaptability to frequent process changes.
- Proficient navigation on Microsoft OS with typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Experience with Excel (intermediate or advanced) and Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background in finance, technology, FinTech, credit card processing, banking, media, or hospitality is a plus.
- Successful candidates must pass background and drug testing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods working at a desk and with computers.
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
- Physical and mental capacity to fulfill office duties including standing, reaching, manual dexterity for office machines, bending, and mobility for errands or deliveries.
- Possibility of eye strain and muscle discomfort from prolonged computer monitor use.
