Role Overview

As a Fleet Operations Driver, your essential mission is to keep the city streets orderly by deploying and redistributing our fleet of e-scooters. You will ensure scooters are charged, safe, and readily available for riders, rebalancing misplaced units and transporting faulty equipment back to the warehouse for repair. Your commitment will contribute significantly to delivering a safe and high-quality transport experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate vans to collect, deploy, and swap batteries of e-scooters throughout the city.
• Park e-scooters neatly to maintain uncluttered sidewalks and streets.
• Locate lost scooters, assess their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or redeploy them in the city.
• Carry out minor on-the-spot repairs to enhance fleet availability.
• Provide assistance to the Operations team in the warehouse as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid EU B driving license with proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.
• Experienced, reliable driver with thorough knowledge of the local area and a strong safety-oriented mindset; experience as a professional driver is advantageous.
• A proactive, hands-on individual who takes ownership of challenges and executes solutions effectively.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mechanical tools, with good English communication skills.
