Role Summary

Belle is hiring a Dispatch Support Agent to keep field operations accurate, responsive, and organized. This position sits at the center of day-to-day coordination, handling booking precision, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and quick problem solving as schedules change. The right person is comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and can help ensure appointments are confirmed, cancellations are replaced promptly, and members continue to receive timely care.

What You Will Do

  • Use waitlists and pull-forward opportunities to fill same-day and next-day openings and improve schedule utilization.
  • Contact members proactively to turn available capacity into completed visits.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member texts and chat messages.
  • Handle live scheduling disruptions and technician callouts by reworking appointments to reduce lost visits.
  • Act as the main point of contact for field technicians through two-way radio, helping resolve delays, missed visits, and route/navigation issues.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to protect booked appointments and limit preventable cancellations.
  • Keep CRM records current with accurate notes on member communication, scheduling actions, and final outcomes.

  • At least 2 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or operations.
  • Ability to manage several live channels at once, including text, chat, and radio communication.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools or CRM systems, or the ability to learn them quickly.

  • Clear written communication and practical problem-solving skills.
