Belle is looking for a Dispatch Support Agent to keep field operations organized, responsive, and efficient. This role sits at the center of day-to-day coordination, with responsibility for accurate scheduling, clear stakeholder communication, and quick issue resolution. What You’ll Do

  • Cover same-day and next-day openings by working waitlists and pull-forward opportunities to improve schedule utilization.
  • Reach out to members proactively so open time can be turned into completed visits.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to members through text and chat.
  • Handle live scheduling disruptions and technician callouts in real time, making rescheduling decisions that reduce lost appointments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for field technicians through two-way radio, helping solve issues such as delays, missed visits, and routing or navigation concerns.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to preserve appointments and limit avoidable cancellations.
  • Keep CRM records current and accurate by documenting member communication, scheduling actions, and outcomes.
