Job Overview
AdmirerX, a transformational outsourcing (BPO) company based in Noida, is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for its Customer Service team. In this role, you will support customers with questions, share information about products and services, resolve issues, and help create a smooth and positive service experience. The position calls for strong communication abilities and a consistently customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions through phone calls, emails, and chat channels.
- Share clear and accurate details about products and services.
- Address customer issues quickly and in a professional way.
- Help maintain strong customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Log customer conversations and updates in the system.
- Work according to company procedures and quality guidelines.
- Partner with internal departments when support is needed to close issues.
- Develop trust and rapport with customers through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants with 12th pass, undergraduate, or graduate qualifications from any stream may apply.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong spoken communication skills are required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Versant level 5 or above.
- Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills are important.
- Basic computer knowledge along with typing ability is needed.
- A customer-focused mindset and professional behavior are expected.
Communication Requirement
- Versant level 5 or equivalent good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hindi is preferred.
Work Schedule
- This is a 6-day working role.
- Shift timings will be rotational based on business needs.
- Weekly off will be assigned according to the roster.
