Job Summary

This role is for a Customer Experience Associate handling inbound international voice processes. Candidates will be working night shifts based in Bengaluru, India, offering service excellence in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Open to freshers and experienced professionals.
• Educational qualifications accepted include 12th Pass/PUC/Diploma/Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.
• Immediate joining availability is highly preferred.
• Command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest and readiness to build a career in International BPO voice processes.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
