Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily delivery and pickup of inbound and outbound shipments throughout Singapore.
• Complete on-road audits and submit all shipping documents promptly.
• Ensure cash or cheque collections for all Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cash on Pickup (COP) shipments are submitted daily.
• Detect and report any service issues to your supervisor along with potential solutions.
• Support sales initiatives as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned periodically.

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license; Class 4 license is advantageous.
• Preferably knowledgeable of Singapore’s roadways for efficient island-wide package deliveries and pickups.
• Capable of handling packages weighing up to 35 kilograms from rollers, conveyors, or pallets to your vehicle.
• Physically able to navigate flights of stairs when accessing customer premises.
• Completion of secondary education or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate with customers effectively.
• Friendly and courteous demeanor with a passion for customer interaction.
• Note: Driving company vans home is not permitted; willingness to work overtime as required.
• The workweek comprises 5.5 working days.
