Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Completed at least a high school diploma (Grade 12).
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Height not less than 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes, to access emergency equipment across different aircraft models.
• No visible tattoos when wearing the official Emirates uniform.
• Compliance with UAE employment visa rules, with Dubai as base of operations.
• Personality traits include positivity, solution orientation, cultural awareness, professionalism, empathy, progressiveness, visionary outlook, and cosmopolitanism.

Compensation & Benefits

• A fixed monthly base salary of AED 4,980.
• Flight hour pay at AED 69.60 per hour, averaging 80–100 flying hours monthly.
• Overall estimated monthly earnings of approximately AED 11,244 (about USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Economy Class Grade II positions.
• Meal allowances credited monthly for overnight stays.
• Provided hotel accommodation and transport between residence and airport.
