Role Overview
We are searching for vibrant and adaptable individuals to join as Cabin Crew with Emirates, representing the airline as their primary point of contact during flights. Cabin crew members play a crucial role not only in providing excellent customer care but also in ensuring utmost safety and security onboard aircraft. You will complete world-class training at our advanced facility in Dubai to confidently oversee aircraft services and safety protocols.
Candidate Qualifications
- Over one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- A positive and cooperative attitude able to provide top-notch service within diverse team settings and multicultural environments.
- Minimum education qualification of high school graduate (Grade 12).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Physical requirements: minimum height of 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates uniform (no covering permitted).
- Eligibility to work in Dubai and obtain UAE employment visa.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed basic monthly salary of AED 4,980.
- Additional hourly flying pay at AED 69.60 with an average of 80-100 flying hours per month.
- Average total monthly remuneration around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Grade II (Economy Class) crew.
- Meal allowances for overnight stops are added retroactively the following month.
