Job description
About the Role
This position is located at 2941 Makkah Al Mukarramah Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time, non-management role based onsite and involves supporting various human resources administrative functions within the luxury hotel operations of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and document messages accurately.
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems for applicant and employee records.
- Manage employment application files, including processing and tracking.
- Create and prepare office correspondence using computer systems.
- Audit payroll distributions and assist with paycheck coordination.
- Communicate with successful job applicants regarding required documentation for employment verification (I-9 forms).
- Create new employee personnel files and update employee communication bulletin boards with recruitment, transfer, promotion, and relevant employment information.
- Post all legally mandated human resource notices visibly for employees as required by law.
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies and promptly report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Maintain professional personal appearance and ensure confidentiality of proprietary company information and assets.
- Provide assistance to colleagues to ensure adequate coverage and excellent guest service.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships supporting team goals; communicate effectively using professional language and telephone etiquette.
- Use computer systems and point of sale systems to enter and retrieve work-related data.
- Perform light physical tasks such as lifting, moving, or carrying objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar setting.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Licenses/Certifications: None specified.
