WP Quality Controller

Job Overview

We are seeking a WP Quality Controller to join Sunda International located in Kajiado, Kenya. This role focuses on ensuring that the company's products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection of appearance and packaging, precise data handling, and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect product appearance and packaging according to the company's quality standards to guarantee compliance with process controls and inspection outcomes.
• Prepare, process, and verify inspection data and reports accurately to support product quality control.
• Manage and report quality anomalies by facilitating product releases, following up on nonconforming products, and maintaining records of irregularities to ensure timely correction and improvement.
• Conduct product sample retention following management regulations to ensure samples represent overall product quality for traceability purposes.
• Collaborate effectively with quality department, warehouse, and production workshops to complete product testing and provide relevant data feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of packaging materials.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and make sound judgments based on data.
• Minimum education level: Diploma or higher.
