Material Controller

Role Summary

The position of Material Controller involves managing attendance data, material requisitions, and operational statistics within a packaging workshop environment to enhance overall production effectiveness.

Key Duties

• Manage attendance records for all permanent and temporary employees in the packaging workshop, ensuring timely identification and reporting of any irregularities in the data.
• Handle the organization and maintenance of workshop documentation and filings; accurately calculate, verify, and submit material requisitions necessary for production processes to supervisors.
• Aggregate, oversee, and analyze production statistics within the workshop to drive operational efficiency.
• Communicate relevant company-wide and workshop-specific policies, announcements, and standards promptly to appropriate staff members.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess over one year of experience as a production statistician or in a related manufacturing administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, for data handling and report generation.
• Competent in using common office hardware such as printers and thermal laminators.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, patience, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic workshop setting.
