About the Role
Pick & Drop Nepal is looking for a Vendor Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring new vendors, managing and expanding relationships with e-commerce and corporate clients, and enhancing shipment volumes. This position involves ensuring vendor satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new vendors to expand the vendor base.
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing vendor partnerships to foster loyalty and collaboration.
- Drive an increase in shipment volumes from existing vendors through strategic engagement.
- Address and resolve vendor concerns by liaising with Operations and Customer Support departments.
- Track and evaluate vendor performance, preparing consistent reports for management review.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields such as Business, Marketing, Management, or other relevant disciplines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work experience in logistics, courier services, or the e-commerce sector.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
