Role Overview
As a Telecaller, your main objective is to reach out to potential customers, generate quality leads, and provide detailed information about loan products aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to identify and generate valuable sales leads.
- Comprehend and assess customer requirements to effectively communicate loan product features.
- Arrange and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Maintain and update customer information along with the status of follow-ups using CRM software.
- Meet set daily targets for outgoing calls while demonstrating strong communication capabilities.
