Role Overview

As a Telecaller, your main objective is to reach out to potential customers, generate quality leads, and provide detailed information about loan products aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with prospective clients to identify and generate valuable sales leads.
Comprehend and assess customer requirements to effectively communicate loan product features.
Arrange and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates.
Maintain and update customer information along with the status of follow-ups using CRM software.
Meet set daily targets for outgoing calls while demonstrating strong communication capabilities.
