Technician Helper (ITI Trainee) - Installation, Maintenance & Servicing

Overview

This role is for ITI Trainees specializing in electrician, fitter, wireman, lift mechanic, or mechatronics within the manufacturing sector. The position involves installation, maintenance, and servicing responsibilities, with opportunities available across multiple locations in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation tasks for manufacturing equipment under guidance.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to support production needs effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold an ITI qualification in Electrician, Fitter, Wireman, Lift Mechanic, or Mechatronics.
• Positions are open to freshers only, with no prior experience required.
• Age must be between 18 and 22 years.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Weekly Off: Sundays fixed.
• Annual Paid Holidays: 12 days.
• Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹16,500 plus an additional ₹1,500 as Direct Benefit Transfer from the Government.
• Overtime compensation as per company policy when applicable.
• Commuter Benefits: Bus or Train Travel Pass provided.

• M1: Kurla to South Bombay – 25 openings.
• M2: Andheri to Virar – 25 openings.

Joining Prerequisites

• No active UAN (Universal Account Number) history.
• Submission of Aadhar Card (linked), PAN Card, highest educational qualification certificate, and bank KYC details.

Contract

The tenure of employment will comply with the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) policy guidelines.
