Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our expanding team in a recently established company. Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering and design for residential homes and commercial buildings.
• Design temporary works to support construction projects.
• Compile detailed calculation reports and packages.
• Create drawings using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; specialization in Structural Engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in an engineering consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as Structural Toolkit, Bluebeam, SpaceGass, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and structural design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and effective English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Valid Australian Driver’s License to attend site visits as required.

Salary

Salary range is from $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus superannuation.
