Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our expanding team in a recently established company. Key Responsibilities

Perform structural engineering and design for residential homes and commercial buildings.
Design temporary works to support construction projects.
Compile detailed calculation reports and packages.
Create drawings using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; specialization in Structural Engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
At least three years of experience in an engineering consultancy setting.
Proficiency in structural design software such as Structural Toolkit, Bluebeam, SpaceGass, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and structural design principles.
Excellent attention to detail.
Clear and effective English communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Valid Australian Driver’s License to attend site visits as required.

Salary

Salary range is from $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus superannuation.
