Strategic Designer

About the Role

This opportunity is with Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited based in Hyderabad. We seek a Strategic Designer with deep expertise to drive user-centered innovation and product development through strategic design methods.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Master's qualification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or Design Strategy.
• 4 to 7 years experience in roles such as strategic design consultant, innovation strategist, UX strategist, or service designer.
• Expertise in market and customer research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting.
• Strong background in product management and design disciplines including UX design, UI thinking, persona creation, journey mapping, concept testing, service design, and product strategy.
• Insight into leveraging technological capabilities and innovations, particularly AI and intelligent ecosystems, to create new value and business opportunities.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI technologies like Generative AI into design strategy, research, and UX/UI processes.
• Preferable knowledge of design thinking frameworks applied in business environments.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Understanding of front-end development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with AI and collaboration tools including Gemini, Claude, Figma Make, Miro, Dovetail, and NotebookLM.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and co-creative sessions.
• Ability to support business case formulation, product roadmap development, and prioritizing opportunities.
