  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B testing and experimentation with a focus on statistical accuracy and business results.
  • Identify growth opportunities proactively and persuade prioritization using data-driven proposals and controlled experiments.
  • Convert complex datasets into transparent, compelling narratives for diverse audiences including senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and leadership to shape product strategy grounded in data, defining key success indicators and tracking outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and enable self-serve analytics to broaden data accessibility across product teams.
  • Coach junior analysts and promote best practices to elevate analytical rigor throughout the team.

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional analytical skills capable of resolving ambiguous challenges by generating actionable insights.
  • Robust understanding of statistics, particularly hypothesis testing and experimental design, applied in product contexts.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python (especially pandas and NumPy) for analyzing extensive datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience managing A/B testing programs and leveraging experiment results to influence product directions.
  • Strong track record of examining user behavior in digital or e-commerce environments to drive quantifiable enhancements.
  • Expertise with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, emphasizing storytelling for stakeholder influence.
  • History of close collaboration with Product teams and influencing decisions at senior leadership levels.

Additional Benefits

  • Employee discount on ASOS products.
  • Access to employee sample sales.
  • 25 days paid vacation annually plus an extra day to celebrate a special personal event.
  • Discretionary bonus plan.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Flexible benefits budget, convertible to cash or other perks.
  • Opportunities for personalized learning and development experiences to support growth in role.
