About the Role

DP World's Global Spare Parts Center in Halberstadt is seeking an experienced and proactive senior leader to assume responsibility for one of the company's strategically vital logistics locations. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee operational activities, guide management teams, and drive continuous improvements in processes, performance, and organizational structure. This role demands operational expertise combined with entrepreneurial mindset to establish a foundation for sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for operational execution emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Leadership, coaching, and advancement of the management team while nurturing a high-performance team culture.
• Monitoring operational performance via KPIs and implementing targeted enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborating with clients, internal departments, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Contributing to site development through process optimization, innovation, and strategic projects.

Profile and Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience within logistics, contract logistics, or supply chain sectors.
• Proven track record in improving operational organizations and processes.
• Strong execution and decision-making capabilities paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Motivational leader with strong focus on staff and result orientation.
• Excellent knowledge in performance management and fluent proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level in both).
