Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and committed Senior HR Executive to oversee daily Human Resources operations at our organization. This role is pivotal in managing key HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluations, policy enforcement, and ensuring labor law compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits and coordinate talent acquisition including candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and work pass facilitation.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment channels such as e2i, culinary schools, and internship programs.
  • Provide employee counseling to enhance performance, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires and facilitate weekly operational training sessions to reinforce compliance with company policies.
  • Deliver basic digital HR training focusing on leave application processes to operational staff and maintain updated training materials on the company's e-learning platform.
  • Support full-cycle performance management, monitor employee development, and assist career progression initiatives.
  • Compile monthly HR statistics, submit quarterly Ministry of Manpower labor reports, track weekly hiring metrics, document HR and operations meetings, and coordinate SME grant applications with government bodies.
