Overview

We are seeking a School Applications Officer to join Lancashire County Council, working full time onsite in Lancashire, England. This permanent role offers a salary between 40,777 and 46,142 per annum for a 37-hour workweek.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support school staff by leveraging expert knowledge in SIMS systems, with a specific focus on becoming a lead specialist in at least one module and progressively expanding expertise across multiple areas. Key duties include managing support enquiries through a Service Centre environment, updating the Service Now incident management system, creating and maintaining support documentation for the Digital Hub, organizing and delivering training sessions, and advising on new service developments.
